Overview

Department: Management and Admin

Location: Thames Valley (Hybrid Working)

Title: Team Administrator

Discipline: Business Services

This role supports the Thames Valley team in delivering customer service excellence to external and internal customers, ensuring the RLB ethos is maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Booking travel and accommodation for senior members of staff.
  • Assisting teams with various administrative tasks.
  • Booking meetings and events (internal and external).
  • Assisting with contract management – Liaising with document controllers where relevant.
  • Supporting other administrators where necessary and providing holiday cover.
  • Creating and maintaining good relationships with other administrators and colleagues within the business.
Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role ideally within the Construction sector for Consultancies.
  • High level of IT competency, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Pro-active, diligent, flexible and reliable.
