Account Director – Access Able Games
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to drive new customer acquisition for our Information Intelligence products. This focuses on strategic sales, contract negotiation, and cross‑functional delivery to meet customer needs.
Our roleAs the Account Director, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new customers, devising and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities- Identify and build a strong network of industry contacts and influencers.
- Find and develop key new business opportunities in partnership with local and corporate marketing teams.
- Achieve annual revenue targets for software and professional services sales.
- Develop a pipeline to achieve current and future yearly quotas through personal prospecting and effective marketing programs.
- Strong business development skills; able to work provided leads and identify new opportunities.
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills, persuasive and excellent verbal & written communication.
- Experience in one or more vertical markets: government, utilities, regulated industries.
- Expertise in Solution Selling, Strategic Selling, or Challenger Selling methodologies.
- Demonstrable influence over customers and partners at senior levels.
- Minimum 10 years in an IT/software industry environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team.
