PurposeThe MSI Business Analyst is a critical role within SITA’s Master Systems Integration Centre of Excellence, responsible for the creation, management, and continuous evolution of the CoE’s knowledge library and enablement assets.
This role ensures that the CoE's guidelines, frameworks, methodologies, and tools are current, relevant, and tailored to meet the evolving needs of GEOs for early stage engagement, bid support, and program delivery. Acting as a bridge between the CoE and GEO teams, the MSI Business Analyst aligns resources and collateral with market requirements, enabling SITA to deliver consistent, high quality MSI programs globally.
Key Responsibilities Knowledge Library & Asset Management- Lead the development, consolidation, and ongoing maintenance of the CoE knowledge library, including guidelines, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ensure CoE assets remain dynamic and aligned with emerging industry trends, customer needs, and SITA’s MSI strategic priorities.
- Curate and update early stage enablement toolkits, bid support templates, and delivery planning resources to support GEO teams.
- Act as the central liaison with GEOs to understand their requirements for MSI engagement, bid preparation, and project execution.
- Proactively adapt and tailor CoE assets to meet GEO specific needs and regional nuances.
- Provide targeted support to GEO bid teams, enabling them to leverage CoE assets effectively in RFP responses and customer proposals.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between CoE, GEOs, and corporate technical teams to share insights, lessons learned, and MSI best practices.
- Organize regular knowledge‑sharing sessions and feedback loops to keep CoE assets relevant and impactful.
- Track market developments, competitor approaches, and customer feedback to inform updates to CoE resources.
- Identify gaps in existing collateral and recommend enhancements to strengthen SITA’s MSI proposition.
- Development and ongoing management of the CoE Knowledge Library (guidelines, frameworks, best practices).
- Creation and curation of Early Stage Enablement collateral and Bid Support materials.
- Continuous alignment of CoE assets with GEO requirements through structured engagement and feedback mechanisms.
- Regular reports on asset usage, effectiveness, and market insights to inform CoE strategy. Facilitation of MSI knowledge sharing across regions and functions.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in business analysis, knowledge management, or program support roles.
- Background in developing and managing knowledge assets and enablement tools.
- Ability to align cross‑functional requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in supporting complex bids and programs within ATI or related industries.
- Good understanding of airport systems integration and MSI business models (desirable).
- Business‑related consultancy / or Industry experience.
- Team leadership experience / working in matrix managed organisations.
- Understanding of Airline Industry IT / Network environment (an advantage).
