Account & Client Relations Associate

A dynamic staffing organization is seeking a Junior Account Manager to enhance client relationships and oversee recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience in account management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role involves managing client communications, conducting interviews, and ensuring service satisfaction while participating in an out-of-hours phone rota. A full clean driving license is required, and previous recruitment experience is preferred.

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
