Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end implementation and optimisation of Adobe Experience Platform solutions including Real‑Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimiser
  • Translating business requirements into scalable actionable AEP use cases
  • Designing and managing XDM schemas datasets merge policies and identity configurations to enable accurate data capture and segmentation
  • Integrating AEP with external systems using APIs and other methods to ensure performance scalability and efficiency
  • Monitoring and optimising data flows through testing analytics and performance tuning
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders challenging guiding and aligning technical delivery with business goals
  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers to grow internal expertise
  • Defining and documenting processes standards and QA frameworks to ensure consistent high-quality delivery
  • Staying ahead of Adobes evolving roadmap and best practices to drive innovation and value
Qualifications
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform :
    Proven hands‑on experience with Real‑Time CDP Journey Optimiser and translating Adobe Campaign Classic into AEP solutions.
  • Data architecture and integration :
    Strong grasp of XDM schemas identity services APIs and data governance with proficiency in SQL and platforms like Snowflake.
  • Stakeholder and team leadership :
    Skilled in managing expectations influencing decisions and mentoring team members to build technical capability.
  • Process and quality excellence :
    Experience defining documentation standards QA frameworks and scalable processes for digital marketing and data projects.
  • Agile delivery :
    Comfortable working in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence to drive collaboration and efficiency.
