* Construction site experience and a good understanding of construction sequencing.

* Multi skills - basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry preferred.

* A passion to learn and a hard-working attitude.

* Forward thinking and a careful planner around projects.

* Punctuality to site and organised time management across the day.

* Ability to quality control of works.

* Happy to work independently and as part of a team.

* Attention to detail and pride in work.

* Full clean driving licence essential and willingness to travel.

* Good spoken English, reading ability and communication skills

* Current CSCS Card (preferred)

* Health & Safety compliance (preferred)

* The role requires a DBS check.
