About

The Role

We’re expanding our Renewables Division and looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to help deliver sustainable projects that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll manage costs, contracts, and procurement for innovative renewable energy solutions. Bring your commercial expertise, problem‑solving skills and passion for progress to a team that values collaboration and forward‑thinking.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the go‑to person for clients, plan, co‑ordinate and make sure their needs come first
  • Keep homes safe and spotless with all the right checks in place
  • Work closely with a support team and build strong connections across the business
  • Take pride in using and caring for vehicles, tools and equipment
  • Plan and manage materials, costs and contracts to keep projects on track and profitable
  • Drive commercial success by managing ender agreements and repot with confidence
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

What We Need From You
  • Experience in quantity surveying within construction or commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
  • Ability to manage workload and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (desirable)
  • CSCS card and RICS membership (desirable)
  • Flexibility and proactive, can‑do attitude
