AboutThe Role
We’re expanding our Renewables Division and looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to help deliver sustainable projects that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll manage costs, contracts, and procurement for innovative renewable energy solutions. Bring your commercial expertise, problem‑solving skills and passion for progress to a team that values collaboration and forward‑thinking.
What You’ll Do- Be the go‑to person for clients, plan, co‑ordinate and make sure their needs come first
- Keep homes safe and spotless with all the right checks in place
- Work closely with a support team and build strong connections across the business
- Take pride in using and caring for vehicles, tools and equipment
- Plan and manage materials, costs and contracts to keep projects on track and profitable
- Drive commercial success by managing ender agreements and repot with confidence
- Build lasting relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

- Experience in quantity surveying within construction or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
- Ability to manage workload and deliver outstanding customer service
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (desirable)
- CSCS card and RICS membership (desirable)
- Flexibility and proactive, can‑do attitude
