This position will see you commercially lead a £15m CAT A Office Fit Out in Reading, working closely with a Senior Project Manager and Project Director to ensure smooth delivery of a high-profile scheme. Once complete, you will move into London-based projects with future career progression opportunities.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Lead the commercial management of a £15m CAT A fit out project in Reading

* Manage procurement, subcontractor accounts, and monthly valuations

* Take responsibility for variations, cost control, and final accounts

* Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Project Director to drive project success

* Provide accurate cost forecasting, reporting, and risk analysis

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
