• Construction site experience and a good understanding of construction sequencing.
• Multi‑skills – basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry preferred.
• A passion to learn and a hard‑working attitude.
• Forward thinking and a careful planner around projects.
• Punctuality to site and organised time management across the day.
• Ability to quality control of works.
• Happy to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• Full clean driving licence essential and willingness to travel.
• Good spoken English, reading ability and communication skills.
• Current CSCS Card (preferred).
• Health & Safety compliance (preferred).
• The role requires a DBS check.
