A dynamic, forward-thinking and growing main contractor with a turnover of circa £200m have an excellent opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Reading, Berkshire.

The company have been around for approximately 10 years and have continuously grown from strength to strength. They are privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry.

They specialise in the delivery of new build projects across industrial, retail, commercial and infrastructure sectors, between £5m to £30m in value. They offer their key clients services nationwide; they have some excellent lasting relationships and win a lot of repeat business as a result.

They are looking for a Project Surveyor to work on an £10m new build industrial and commercial project in Reading. The Project Surveyor will be supported by a full commercial team on site and the project will last for approximately 30 weeks. Project Surveyor:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
• Extensive experience working for a reputable main contractor
• Ideally have a track record working on industrial and commercial projects
• Steel frame experience is ideal
• Excellent commercial skills and awareness
• Full UK drivers’ license
