This multi-accredited and high-profile contractor delivers projects directly for multiple major water providers across England, including Thames Water, and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development.

As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Your new role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of major projects within the infrastructure sector. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with procurement and subcontractor agreements. Preparing and maintaining CVRs, AFPs, and cost forecasts Monitoring site resources and supporting contract administration Working closely with operational teams to ensure compliance and project success What you'll need to succeed Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experience

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction/infrastructure projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CEMAR is advantageous.
