Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to an increase in their Thames Water works, our client, a top Utility provider is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based from their offices in Reading with works including Water Treatment Upgrades and Pumping Station Upgrades.

Based from their offices in Reading with occasional Hybrid working, daily duties will include:
- Populating Monthly report (CVR / DES)
- Submitting client AFP
- Carry out project procurement
- Assess supply chain AFP and compiling final account
- Costs control and driving up value
- Mitigating project risks
- Maximising cash collection

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will ideally have Water experience gained with Main Contractors.

In return, a top day rate is on offer along with an immediate start and a 1 year contract minimum.
