Reading (Hybrid available after training)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities include:
Handling inbound calls and emails with care and professionalism
Advising customers on appropriate products and services
Logging queries and managing delivery tracking via Excel
Supporting Dutch car dealerships with product navigation and issue resolution
Requirements:
Fluent in DUTCH
1-year of customer care or sales admin experience in an office environment
Based locally to Reading
