Customer Support Administrator
📍 Reading (Office-based) | 🕒 Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Our client is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join their friendly and fast-paced team. This role plays a key part in delivering a high standard of customer service, acting as a central point of contact for customers and supporting engineers and internal teams.

Key duties include logging and tracking faults via Salesforce, coordinating engineer schedules, managing customer communications, processing orders and quotes through Sage, and handling customer queries from start to finish. You'll also assist with shipping, order tracking and general administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Confidence using Microsoft Office is essential, with experience of Salesforce and Sage beneficial.
