Customer Support Administrator
📍 Reading (Office-based) | 🕒 Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Our client is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join their friendly and fast‑paced team. This role plays a key part in delivering a high standard of customer service, acting as a central point of contact for customers and supporting engineers and internal teams.
Key duties include:
- Logging and tracking faults via Salesforce
- Coordinating engineer schedules
- Managing customer communications
- Processing orders and quotes through Sage
- Handling customer queries from start to finish
- Assisting with shipping and order tracking
- Providing general administrative support
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive, problem‑solving approach. Confidence using Microsoft Office is essential, with experience of Salesforce and Sage beneficial.
