We’relooking for a talented and forward-thinking Lead Software Engineer to helpshape the future of our digital platforms as we move towards becoming a fullytech-enabled mobility business.

You’ll playa key role in designing and delivering scalable systems, improving our customer experience, and setting the standards for engineering excellence across the business.

• Lead the design and development of our website and back-office architecture, ensuringscalability, reliability, and performance
• Build and enhance aseamless, self-service customer journey on our digital platforms
• Develop a robustservice layer for system integration and orchestration
• Establish and maintain coding standards, development processes, and best practices
• Guide, mentor, and inspire a growing team of engineers
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to translate business goals into technicalsolutions

• 7+ years’ experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex digital platforms
• Experience with
  
  CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud architecture
• A passion for cleancode, scalable systems, and modern engineering practices
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud architecture and Ruby on Rails
