Your role:

We are looking for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to be based in Reading, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.

Our market leading Environmental Services (ES) group support our clients on a range of projects across environmental, geotechnical and water disciplines.

As a graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions, working alongside industry experts to address complex environmental challenges. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyse and interpret geotechnical data to create comprehensive ground models
  • Design and implement foundation solutions, retaining walls, and slope stability measures
  • Utilise numerical analysis software to optimise designs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large scale projects
