. The ‘Schneider Electric Digital Energy’ Specification team's mission is to positively impact the sustainability and intelligence of buildings through connected building technologies. As a Smart Buildings Specification Engineer you will work with consulting engineers, developers, and end users to develop Smart, Connected Buildings utilizing the Eco Struxure Building Operation platform.

• Develop and implement strategies for successful demand generation and exposure of our solutions, creating deep customer relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
• Leverage a strong technical understanding of traditional BMS and HVAC Control, while positioning BMS for future intelligence, agility, and data‑driven insight.
• Engage consultants, designers, investors, developers, architects, and contractors to enable value throughout the contractual process.

• Engineering background.
• Experience in BMS and HVAC Control.
• Exposure to marketing and/or sales background.
• Understanding of Smart Buildings with high levels of integration.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse locations and backgrounds, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

• Proven leadership and influencing skills.
• Energetic, high motivation, self‑driven.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑evolving environment, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Independent thinker and action‑oriented.
• Sound business judgment.
• Willing to travel – UK Business.
