Mott Mac Donald is a global engineering, management and development consultancy supporting projects across the built environment, defence, energy, water and more. The Advisory and Programme Delivery (APD) unit delivers project, programme and commercial management services to infrastructure and built‑environment projects of up to £20 bn.

• Analyse and evaluate performance measures (including earned value) across multiple datasets.
• Identify key issues and drive recovery or mitigation actions across the project.
• Manage people and facilitate tasks to deliver project controls objectives.
• Implement robust project controls processes and toolsets suitable for large‑scale infrastructure.
• Coordinate with cross‑disciplinary teams and maintain project controls documentation.

• Conditional offers may require security clearance.
• Experience on large infrastructure projects (water, transport, nuclear, defence).
• Degree level education or equivalent project controls/management qualification (e.g., APMG, Prince2, PMQ).
• Travel flexibility across sectors and clients.
• Design, mobilise and lead large project, programme or portfolio functions.
• Risk management and reporting (including ARM).
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) or Microsoft Project and other planning tools.
• Creation and maintenance of project schedules, KPIs and reports.
• Stakeholder management experience within a client environment.

• Support project managers with change management processes.
• PMO experience and familiarity with Power
  
  BI.
• Experience in maintaining effective change‑management processes.
