Engineers Mate required for our client, a specialist in renewable energy installations.

The Engineer's Mate/Assistant will support senior engineers with the installation of heat pumps and ductwork. They will learn to interpret technical drawings and prepare work sites with the correct tools and materials. They will assist in accurate system installation, learn to carry out quality checks and help troubleshoot any issues during the process. The role includes maintaining a safe and organised working environment, communicating clearly with clients and the engineering team and completing all required installation documentation

• Full Clean UK driving license, held for a minimum of 12 months
• Based within commutable distance of Reading
• Any experience working on site, specifically within renewables or plumbing would be highly advantageous

• Basic salary 20,800 - 25,000 DOE
• 28 days annual leave
• Van provided and fuel card
• Working hours 8am to 4pm
• Opportunity to gain site experience working on plumbing / renewables
