Project Controller (Bright Smith)
Bright Smith is looking for a Project Controller to work for a scaling bio‑energy start‑up based in Reading. The role will proactively oversee project cost, schedule & performance, ensuring project baselines are established, controlled, and reported on a regular basis. You will work with internal stakeholders and ensure project baselines are actively managed to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain project baselines, including cost, schedule, technical and performance baselines
- Produce project reports & dashboards with accurate information
- Measure project performance using project reporting tools
- Maintain project resource plans
- Experience in project controls
- Worked previously within an engineering environment
- Passion for cleantech
