What You’ll Do as Customer Experience Co‑ordinator
  • Assist with the collection, administration, research, and analysis of customer data to optimise and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Support the strategic design and implementation of customer experience programmes, campaigns, and new product launches to enhance operational performance.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day management of Primark’s Managed Service Partner and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Identify pain points across customer touchpoints, champion customer needs, and drive improvements through process documentation, guidelines, and data analytics.
  • Provide full administrative support on Salesforce, manage system and process updates, and deliver accurate reporting on key metrics for the operation and wider business.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, stay informed on industry trends, and proactively recommend best practices while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3 years of proven customer service experience with strong commercial awareness and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical and process‑driven with strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to gather, interpret, and analyse data to identify trends.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive, approachable attitude with ability to adapt, prioritise, and contribute effectively to continuous improvement initiatives.
