Reading Salary: £32,000 basic  Bonus & OT OTE £37,000

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30am 18:00pm Alternate Saturdays, 08:00am 12:00pm paid at 1.5x  We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our clients successful and expanding team in Reading . Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone Locate and supply parts and accessories from stock or by placing orders with suppliers Process customer orders accurately using internal systems Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records Ensure the parts department is well organised and clean at all times Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery Regularly update the parts database with new stock and pricing Deliver excellent customer service at all times Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role in the motor trade is preferred Commercial/HGV experience is desirable but not essential Strong customer service and communication skills Full UK driving licence is essential Organised, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for the motor trade to join a growing company that values its employees and supports long-term career growth.
