Temporary Management Accountant

My client, a private equity backed healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join the team on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role requiring strong financial acumen and the ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, cashflow forecasts, and budgets.
Produce accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators
Oversee revenue recognition, ensuring correct billing
Manage daily cashflow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for payroll, supplier payments, and operational needs.
Maintain strong banking relationships and oversee payment processes.

About You

Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in management accounting.
Strong reconciliation experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
