We're recruiting on behalf of a leading pensions consultancy for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join their Reading-based team, focusing on Defined Contribution (DC) schemes.
This role suits someone with solid DC administration experience who enjoys a mix of technical work, customer service and supporting junior team members.
Key requirements:
DC pensions administration experience (leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths)
Knowledge of pensions processes and legislation
Confident with automated and manual calculations
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear communicator with a customer-focused approach
