The role is a growth hire within a well‑established, collaborative tax team that advises a broad range of UK and international mid‑market businesses. It offers a genuine mix of compliance and advisory work, exposure to complex technical issues, and clear progression within a supportive environment.

• Managing and reviewing corporation tax compliance for a portfolio of clients, including computations and tax disclosures
• Acting as a key client contact, responding to queries and providing clear, practical advice
• Advising on a range of corporate tax matters such as group relief, loss utilisation, interest deductibility, R&D, capital allowances, reorganisation, transfer pricing, international tax issues, and transactions
• Supporting colleagues across transactions, restructuring and other advisory teams on cross‑disciplinary projects
• Coaching and developing junior team members as part of your progression into a broader leadership role

• ACA, ACCA and/or CTA (part‑qualified or qualified)
• Background in corporate tax within an accountancy practice
• Experience managing client relationships and a busy portfolio
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Experience with tax software is beneficial but not essential
