• Analyse financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.

A successful Financial Analyst should have the following skills / qualities :

• A strong background in accounting or finance, with relevant qualifications.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools, including spreadsheets and financial software.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• The ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Experience working within the manufacturing industry is advantageous.

The successful Financial Analyst will receive the following :

• A competitive salary in the range of £37,000 to £43,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working pattern of 4 days in office 1 day from home.
• 25 days annual leave excluding bank holidays.
