Working on the most high‑profile projects both UK and internationally, this is your chance to specialise in a highly sought after area of tax and achieve progression in a short time frame.

The M&A Tax team are a cohesive collection of advisors and focus on the Top FTSE and AIM listed firms both UK and internationally. Working alongside the M&A Tax Director and Tax Managers you will manage a series of transaction‑based projects covering a broad range of industries and will be client‑facing. The M&A tax team is the perfect step up for an individual who has covered more generalist corporate tax work and is now looking to carve out a niche.

As an M&A Tax Advisor you will also gain the chance for international and industry secondments to the U.S., the Middle East and Australia which are popular choices. Rather than being relied upon as compliance‑focused you will be more involved in hands‑on advisory with a passion for consulting clients and improving your technical skills with the support of the team.

In order to be considered for this rare progressive tax opportunity you will have acquired experience in general UK corporate tax or M&A Tax and ideally with some advisory experience.
