• Drive audit engagements and ensure compliance with standards
• Mentor junior staff and enhance team performance
• Lead client interactions, delivering exceptional service
• Identify and resolve audit issues proactively and streamline processes for improved efficiency and quality

• ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Previous experience carrying out assurance‑related tasks within a professional services firm
• Proven experience in client handling and producing high‑quality assurances
• Desirable: experience of an analytical review approach
