FP&A Manager

Remote role - Office Headquarters in the Thames Valley

My client is an exciting, private equity‑backed SaaS business entering a significant new phase of growth and investment. They are looking for a high‑calibre FP&A Manager to join their expanding finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance, insight, and value creation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, including C‑suite executives and PE investors, providing clear, actionable insights that shape strategic and commercial decisions.

You’ll be a confident communicator, able to translate complex financial data into meaningful stories that support and influence non‑finance stakeholders, particularly across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to interpret trends and explain the ‘story behind the numbers’
• The confidence to present to senior leadership and investors
• A proactive, commercially minded approach, able to challenge, support, and add value across the business
• Experience working in a SaaS or recurring‑revenue environment would be beneficial

This role will be on a remote basis; however, there will be a requirement to travel to the Thames Valley headquarters on occasion & have the ability to be able to travel to the offices.
