We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our team at St Lukes Care Home in Caversham. The Night Care Assistant will provide the home’s residents with a detailed care plan and assist with all aspects of personal care. They will ensure our residents maintain independence and dignity while using a person-centred approach to the care they provide.

Night Care Assistant Duties and Responsibilities- Supporting residents with all aspects of personal care whilst maintaining and promoting independence and ensuring privacy and respect.
- To ensure the home is safe and secure throughout the night.
- Support residents with all aspects of personal care, whilst promoting and maintaining independence.
- To ensure that all night documentation is completed and signed for.
