• Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
• Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and help people to communicate effectively with others.

• Once you’ve applied, our dedicated in-house recruitment team will call to share more about the role.
• The next step will be an interview in the service, where you’ll meet the team and the people we support.
• If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date.
• Your journey will then begin with a 3‑day online induction, before heading to the service to get started.
