Complex Care Assistant; Nights

Join Our Team as a Waking Night Complex Care Support Worker Make a Real Difference! We're offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Reading, Berkshire.

You’ll be supporting a young lady in her teens who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, global developmental delay and tracheostomy care. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. She lives at home with her family and enjoys musical, all things Disney, peppa pig and noisy toys.

Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

Operating on a national basis, providing clients with care and support wherever they are located. Our care and support packages put our client's independence at the very centre of everything we do.

Pay: £19.02 per hour weekdays/Saturdays, £21.48 Sundays

Hours: Up to 24 per week (Nights, 20:00 – 06:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Support with daily routines and use of hoists
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
• Administer medication and monitor health
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
• Maintain accurate care records
