• Strong UK HR experience of 5-10 years , with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner, especially within commercial functions , and extensive experience partnering with senior leadership in fast‑paced, complex environments such as Pharma, FMCG, or Healthcare.
• Proven leadership potential, with aspirations to grow into an HR Director role.
