Are you an HR Business Partner who enjoys being close to the business , trusted by leaders, and hands-on with complex people topics?

This role is ideal for HR professionals who combine strong UK employment law expertise , sound judgment in employee relations, and the ability to influence leaders in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

🚀 What you’ll be responsible for
  • Acting as a trusted HR partner to UK business leaders across the full employee lifecycle
  • Managing complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence)
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK employment law , internal policies, and governance standards
  • Supporting and implementing organizational change initiatives , including restructuring and TUPE-related activities
  • Partnering closely with Legal, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and C&B teams
  • Driving policy and process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Providing clear, pragmatic HR advice aligned with business priorities
🎯 What we’re looking for
  • Solid experience as an HR Business Partner within medium to large, matrix organizations
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices
  • Proven exposure to organizational change , restructuring, and compliance-driven environments
  • Ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders with confidence
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
  • Background in telecommunications, technology, or similarly regulated industries is a strong plus
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional background is preferred
