We are hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in growing our presence across a wider geographical area. This position is ideal for ambitious, self-motivated recruiters who enjoy working in a competitive yet autonomous environment.

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to run a full 360 desk across Primary, Secondary or SEN schools. Strong 360 recruitment experience is highly desirable, as you will manage both client relationships and candidate pipelines.

What We Are Looking For :

Principal Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years' recruitment experience (any sector welcomed)

Proven ability to manage a 360 recruitment desk

Strong business development skills, including winning new business and developing long-term client relationships

Excellent candidate care and relationship management

Self-driven, ambitious individuals looking to progress their career

What We Offer:

Competitive salary £30,000-£40,000
