Job Description & How to Apply Below

Consortio Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with an established international maritime organisation operating within the offshore shipping sector. With continued investment in its shore-based operations, our client is looking to appoint an experienced maritime professional to strengthen its crewing function and support its specialist offshore vessel operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Crewing Superintendent to take responsibility for the crewing operations of a fleet of Construction Service Operation Vessels (CSOVs). Working remotely, you will play a key role in ensuring vessels are appropriately manned, crew rotations are efficiently coordinated and all personnel meet the necessary regulatory, operational and certification requirements. The position will also involve overseeing seafarer recruitment, performance, welfare and career development, whilst maintaining strong working relationships with vessel personnel and relevant stakeholders.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should meet the following requirements:

  • CSOV

    Experience:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a dedicated crewing position, with strong knowledge of Construction Service Operation Vessels and their specific crewing requirements.
  • Maritime Background:
Previous seagoing experience as a Deck or Engineering Officer would be advantageous, alongside a good understanding of offshore vessel operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: A solid understanding of STCW, MLC, Flag State requirements, safe manning documentation, seafarer employment agreements and crew certification.
  • Crewing Operations:
Demonstrable experience managing crew rotations, international crew changes, travel arrangements, visa applications, medical certifications, recruitment and personnel records.
  • Communication & Organisation:
Excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You must be comfortable managing competing priorities and working independently within a remote environment.

If you have proven experience managing crewing operations for CSOVs and are looking for a remote opportunity within the offshore maritime sector, we would be very interested in hearing from you.
