White Horse Employment are recruiting an HR Manager for a fantastic organisation in the medical sector, known for its positive culture and commitment to its people.
This 12-month maternity cover contract offers a varied opportunity to manage day-to-day HR while delivering key projects across employee engagement, international expansion and talent development.

- Manage employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Advise managers on UK employment law, HR policies and people matters.
- Support reward, benefits, pay reviews, recruitment and onboarding.
- Improve HR systems, processes and the employee experience.
- Lead an employee engagement survey and follow-up action plans.
- Develop talent initiatives, including performance reviews, manager training, learning and development, succession planning and talent mapping.
- Support international expansion and related HR activity.
- Experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or in a similar generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Experience delivering HR projects and advising senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of reward, benefits and HR systems.
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 desirable.
- Experience with ELMO, BreatheHR, talent development or the medical sector would be advantageous.
