XPS Group in Reading is seeking an Apprentice Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This fixed-term (2 years), full-time role supports the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting roles to arranging interviews, and building a positive candidate experience.
You will work across systems, manage the recruitment tracker, assist with advertising roles, and help deliver inclusive, GDPR-compliant processes.
