HR Officer

Loom Talent are partnering with a fast paced, blue-collar organisation based in South Leicestershire who are looking for an HR Officer to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a generalist HR and recruitment background who enjoys working across all areas of the employee lifecycle.

The Role

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and inductions
• Provide day to day HR support and advice to managers and employees on a range of people related matters
• Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and documentation are kept up to date

What we are looking for

• Ideally CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification
• Previous experience in a generalist HR role, such as HR Assistant, HR Administrator or HR Officer
• Comfortable working in an onsite role within a busy operational environment
• Previous experience working within a blue-collar organisation would be highly beneficial
• A practical, proactive approach with the confidence to build relationships and advise managers at all levels
