** Total Rewards Manager
** to lead compensation, benefits and reward initiatives across EMEA, APAC and India. This is a highly visible and influential role where your expertise will directly shape how we attract, reward and retain talent across a diverse, international workforce of approximately 4,000 employees.
Working closely with the Global Total Rewards team, HR leadership and business stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring our compensation and benefits programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned with our global people strategy.
This role will be based in the UK and will operate on a hybrid basis.
