Recruitment Resourcer

MiCiM is looking for a proactive Resourcer to join our team Recruitment team and support our continued growth across data centre and mission-critical construction projects.

This is a great opportunity for an outgoing people person who enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, and helping shape recruitment activity in a fast-paced, project-led environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the talent attraction across technical, commercial, project delivery and head office roles.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Sourcing and engaging candidates directly through Linked In, job boards, referrals, talent mapping and industry networks.
• Building strong talent pipelines for key roles across mission-critical construction and data centre projects.
• Helping deliver a positive, professional and inclusive candidate experience.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in resourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within construction, engineering, data centres, technical consultancy or another project-led environment.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and the confidence to engage passive candidates in specialist markets.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders in a busy, changing environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
