Location:

Reading, England, United Kingdom

• Advise clients on complex mapping, e-invoicing/e-reporting needs, and EDI best practices.
• Translate business processes into technical specifications and documentation.
• Lead analyst and mapping teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Resolve non‑standard issues independently.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to define implementation and functional requirements.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Support testing cycles and elevate issues when needed.
• Provide regular status updates.

• Knowledge of European e‑invoicing/e‑reporting mandates (other regions a plus).
• Familiarity with standards such as EN16931, PEPPOL, UBL.
• Strong understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, X12, VDA, XML) and B2B integration.
• Expertise in EDI mapping and map specification creation.
• Experience with data translation/mapping tools (XML, EDI, X12, IDoc, flat files).
• Consulting experience and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong prioritization and project delivery capabilities.
• Experience supporting sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.
