We are seeking an experienced Technical Design Authority (TDA) with strong expertise in BMC Helix and ITSM architecture to lead technical delivery across a major transformation programme.

• Define, validate and govern BMC Helix architecture across ITSM, CMDB, Digital Workplace and Smart IT.
• Design scalable, secure solutions using Helix Innovation Studio and Business Workflows.
• Lead integrations with third-party platforms including Active Directory, orchestrators, discovery tools, APIs, web services and middleware.
• Oversee CMDB reconciliation, data flows, auto-ticketing and identity management integrations.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring compliance with ITIL, enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
• Support Agile delivery, iterative releases, risk management and cross-functional technical decision‑making.
• Ensure solution readiness through end‑to‑end testing, UAT, performance validation and go‑live support.

• Strong background in BMC Helix / Remedy ITSM architecture (not only administration).
• Hands‑on experience with AR System, Atrium CMDB, Digital Workplace, Smart IT and Smart Reporting.
• Proven track record delivering ITSM integrations, API development, web services and automation.
• Understanding of ITIL processes:
  Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request.
• Experience working in complex, multi‑vendor delivery environments.

• 6‑month contract
• Hybrid 23 days per week in Reading
