Ingenii Search are currently looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join a successful Technology & Engineering team and lead the successful delivery and L3 support of mission‑critical products that are used globally. In this role, you’ll manage cross‑functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our solutions consistently meet quality and customer expectations. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders.

• Oversee delivery and support for projects
• Define scope, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Drive Agile best practices and ensure robust quality assurance
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve risks and keep initiatives on track
• Communicate progress, gather feedback, and enhance delivery processes

• Strong background in software delivery and project management (Agile) / (SAFe)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Technical knowledge of software engineering
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ideal but not essential

• Experience in management systems
• Dev Ops and cloud knowledge
• PMP, Agile, or similar certifications
