SAP Success Factors ECP Consultant

We’re supporting a major consultancy delivering a large-scale transformation programme for a leading UK utilities provider. They are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors ECP Consultant to join an ongoing engagement, taking ownership across key work streams and acting as the SME for Employee Central Payroll.

This role requires strong advisory capability, cross-team leadership, and deep experience across the systems development lifecycle and application lifecycle management.

• Leading work across the full Systems Development Lifecycle
• Providing expert advisory input to the internal IT function
• Conducting assessments of current systems and identifying areas of improvement
• Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and aligning stakeholders
• Developing and presenting strategic recommendations
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues to drive best practice
• Providing cross-team solutions and contributing to major decision-making

• Master proficiency in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Master proficiency in Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Experience influencing and collaborating across multiple teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
