- Embed Accessibility Best Practices:
Drive the integration of accessibility standards into the design, development, and maintenance of Primark’s digital platforms across global markets. - Champion Inclusive Design:
Advocate for accessible design and development practices through education, collaboration, and guidance for cross‑functional teams. - Manage External Partnerships:
Oversee relationships with accessibility partners, coordinate audits, and translate findings into actionable improvements. - Monitor and Improve Accessibility:
Track and evaluate accessibility performance across web and mobile platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Ensure Legal Compliance:
Collaborate with the Legal team to maintain accurate accessibility statements and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Lead Accessibility Champions Programme:
Design and implement an internal initiative to train and empower team members to uphold accessibility in everyday work.

What You’ll Bring- Experience in Digital Product Environments:
Minimum 3+ years working in UX, development, QA, or content roles, with a strong focus or interest in accessibility. - Knowledge of Accessibility Standards:
Solid understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2, ADA, and EN 301 549 guidelines. - Proficiency with Accessibility Tools:
Familiarity with testing tools such as axe, Lighthouse, NVDA, and Voiceover. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Comfortable partnering with product, design, engineering, legal teams, and external accessibility specialists. - Strong Communication
Skills:
Ability to engage stakeholders and confidently advocate for inclusive design practices. - Organised and Detail‑Oriented:
Proactive approach with a passion for creating equitable user experiences.
