We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead – Training to lead the modernisation and integration of training capabilities across Digital programmes. This role is pivotal in ensuring personnel are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to exploit new digital capabilities and maximise operational effectiveness.

You will provide specialist training expertise — driving the development of digital learning strategies, defining training needs, and shaping the transformation of training systems. Working across multiple stakeholders, you will ensure that training is embedded as a core enabler of digital adoption and long-term capability sustainment.

Training Transformation and Strategy :

• Lead the transformation of Defence training capability to support digital and data-enabled operations.
• Develop and deliver training transformation roadmaps covering policy, process, digital learning tools, and workforce capability development.
