As Integration Delivery Manager, you will join the Oracle HCM Cloud Programme and work within the Integration Workstream. You'll collaborate with HR, IT, SI Partners, and third-party providers to coordinate integration build, testing, deployment, and transition support activities.

• Build strong relationships with integration teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Manage design and build documentation for HCM integrations with version control.
• Support reporting, deliverable reviews, and risk assurance with the Integration Delivery Lead.
• Track integration progress against HCM milestones and contribute to delivery planning.

Business Knowledge

• Strong understanding of HR core functions and processes.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes, ideally in corporate shared services.

Experience

• Prince2 or equivalent Waterfall qualifications.
• 5+ years as a Delivery Manager with proven delivery record.
• Familiarity with Oracle True Cloud methodology preferred.
• Experience in matrix organisations and using Azure Dev Ops.
• Ability to manage risks and develop contingency plans.

Technical Skills

• 5+ years with Oracle HCM SaaS;
  Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) preferred.
• Functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labour modules.
• Technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports.
• Proficiency in MSP Professional/Online, Power
  
  BI, and O365 (SharePoint).
