We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Managerto drive the successful functional delivery of a major Oracle Fusion HCM implementation within a large enterprise environment. This is a key role within the Corporate IT team, working closely with SI partners, business SMEs, and stakeholders throughout the build, test, and cutover phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Functional delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labour, and related modules.
• Manage migration from Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud.
• Oversee integrations, data migration, security, testing, and technical work streams.
• Support dependent work streams including transition, cutover, readiness, and communications.
• Produce and manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide expertise in UAT and Payroll Comparison Testing.
• Ensure quality stakeholder engagement and governance throughout the program.

Skills & Experience

• Full lifecycle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour).
• Experience migrating from eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with modules reliant on HR data (Expenses, Procurement).
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects in enterprise environments (e.g., FTSE 100).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
